I directly contacted people, and there’s enough room for more people that even if they all say yes, I can take on a few unsolicited contributions easy. I plan for it to be a 2-week guest comic run so I can get a significant amount of work done, since I’m buffer-building and preparing pages (rescanning, fixing lines, drawing backgrounds, getting some characters on-model, redoin speech balloons, etc) for print around December.
So yeah! All I ask is that they be polished and not, like, scribbles. :P

SO HEY GUYS
I mentioned this on twitter, but it is worth bringing up here too.
For various reasons I am kinda swamped with comics and other artings I need to finish to pay the bills next month. Consequently I have fallen off the Love Me Nice wagon and feel really crummy about it, because I had planned things very differently. Heck, this week was supposed to be a 3-update week … but then I kind of decided to start my shitty Slipshine comic from scratch so it wouldn’t suck and was like “whoops!”
My desire for shelter, food and apple juice* have been my undoing!
So, if anyone has time and interest and would like to offer some Love Me Nice guest art I can feature as filler, that’d be swell! There’s no real requirements, you can do whatever you want… as long as you’re not being gross or a creeper.

*yes apple juice is necessary for my survival, every day i have to drink a bath tub full of it or I’ll succumb to my disease… the “if I don’t drink apple juice I’ll be sad” disease.
I was really fond of this panel from my Dead Winter guest comic when I inked it (in Photoshop this time), and was sad that it didn’t look the same when resized. But hey! That’s what Tumblr is for! Click to view it full size.
Since I skipped an update to help me rest up and get some work done on a guest comic for Dead Winter, I thought I’d at least show what I’m up to! One of the panels, still a lot of tweaking to do but it’ll be done pretty quick, I hope.
What’s taking me so long is a decided to work digitally on this one :( lo and behold, I’m rusty at digital inking! Dangit! But its lookin good the more I work.
