Awww, thank you! And, uh, the first part of this question actually made me laugh really hard, because of the answer. Yeah, there is a character who worked in the adult entertainment industry and still has ties to it. Just, uh, the complete opposite of Jessica Rabbit or Holli Would. He’s no bombshell. As for human/toon relationships in-comic, that describes Claire’s parents, and Kelly’s currently slowly developing relationship with Fran.

I do have plans to print Love Me Nice, yes! I’m actually hoping to have something for the spring conventions, but I can’t really make plans before December, so I might have a fall convention run for 2012. I want the book to end with Chapter 7, and seeing as I’m still drawing Chapter 5, this all depends on how many pages I can draw between here and then.
I’ve got one page to mostly redraw, and I’m going to redo the speech balloons for most pages. It shouldn’t take that much editing.
Page is done! It’s 8am! Time for bed!

To lighten the mood, this is a gel-pen doodle I did at work tonight while thinking about a specific chapter. I originally was trying to draw a dress but I shaped her hips wrong and just said “screw it, I guess she’s wearing pants.”
It is taking me a million Years to pencil the simplest things and I don’t know why

Only one bro took notice of the very very vague hint I put in that 2-year time-skip drawing of Mac, Claire and Kelly I did, and guessed what it implied. It’s stupidly ambiguous and I shouldn’t expect anyone to notice, but it still amuses me.
